Lag compensation is a new feature (added in 0.3z) which removes the need for lead aiming/lag shooting.

well Lag Compensation is a new thing that have been added in samp 0.3z and you can turn it on/off if you turn it off you will have lagshot like 0.3x,if you make it on or dont use it you wont have logshot...

Basicly, if I understood correctly, this will let us be able to toggle lead-aim on or off.
Lag compensation On = lead-aim off
Lag compensation Off = lead-aim on
