Hello,
I got a question
now i got normal vps which appears at Samp internet servers.
my question is
is there any way to change from Normal vps (which appears in samp internet server) to Hosted tab server ?

Game-mp is not accepting new account registrations at this time because the server lists are at full capacity.
while i already got the vps and i paid for it

Unless you're with a host that also resells the hosted tab, you're out of luck. There's no such thing as "hosted tab server". A hosted tab listing merely points to an IP.

i got a friend who bought VPS .. and he made his server appear on hosted tab without paying any $$$$
