Custom img file.
#1

Hey everyone,

I have a question about custom (samp) img file. For example, I want to add a custom made map to the server, so all I need to do is just import files of the map to custom.img file and find out where the map is in game, or I need to do something server-side?

Thanks.

You need to do the mappings server-side. You need to map it with a Map Editor... You can't map it like you would for single-player and such. I recommend using JernelJ's Map Editor or MTA.

NOTE: MTA is not supported by SA:MP Officially how-ever you can convert the .map file to SA:MP Code at convertffs.com.

Hope I helped,

You need to add object IDs to SAMP.ide or custom.ide file, and object collision to AllSAMPCOLs.col in the SAMPCOL.img file, and ofcourse all TXDs and DFFs to custom.img or SAMP.img, even tho it suppose to be a easy way to add custom objects to SAMP, just by adding files to custom.img, it isnt.
