lanmode = 1 (Not showing in server list?)

If lanmode is set to 1 will it still show in the server list? Mine hasn't showed up for hours. I found it like once and never again..

I don't think it does...

lanmode=1 allows the LAN mode, where you can play with your friends locally on the same network. (or with Hamachi or whatever)

announce=1 puts your server into the Internet list.

lanmode: Turning lanmode on will result in the server using more bandwidth, this mode makes the server a lot more accurate though. You can turn lanmode on by changing the value to 1 and you can turn it off by changing the value to 0. By default this is set to 0

Use 'localhost' as an IP in your SA-MP client.

It takes time until your server comes on the list.
Could take upto 1-24 hours.

That's wrong. It's pretty obvious he's using a home-host, otherwise he wouldn't even need lan mode.

Dont ignore this, guys. Lanmode is absolutely nothing about the type of connection, and doesnt have anything to do with LAN or internet. It just changes the amount of data that is sent, nothing more, and its called lanmode because mostly this should only be used in lan due to the increased traffic.
