is this possible? I tried searching NPC and Siren as well as horn and just got random shit about people putting objects on top of cars.

So it's only possible with an NPC plugin like RNPC/FCNPC?
My main problem is the NPC doesn't sync that with the players, I hear him honk and turn on sirens, but I go out of range and back and when I stream back in the sirens are off.

I'm not aware of any native NPC controls that allow you to send keystrokes from an NPC, so I guess so.
