How to reproduce:
1 Get in some vehicle(as passenger or drive, does not matter)
2 Spawn and get your char in another vehicle instantly(using command or something also)
3 Now you can drive the two vehicles or how many others you joined by using this method.
Then if you stream out of the first car that you get in, you will be spectating yourself forever until relog-in.
So hard to reproduce, why report? Some times is needed to respawn a player in another vehicle while he is driving for fix something wrong with him.
Please, unless you want to post the code, don't say that there is a scriptable fix, obviously that exists.
