[FilterScript] Trucking Sidejob

Trucker Sidejob. This basically allows you to type /startjob whenever you enter defined vehicle and it will act as a trucking job until you have completed the necessary objectives. This was a learning curve for me and can be used as an example to newbies of how it /can/ be done. I don't claim this to be efficient or anything, I doubt it actually is, but whatever. I have added necessary comments explaining the functions for whoever it benefits. Made this in about 20-30 minutes from zero. Functions may not work properly as it has not been tested, only compiled, but I'd rather give this away instead of binning it.

Features:
- Defined trucking vehicles
- If player enters trucking vehicle, let them know they can start a trucking job
- When starting a trucking job, redirect them to a random checkpoint (8 in total - 3 in LS, 2 in SF, 3 in LV)
- When entering the checkpoint - give them a message that "the goods have been loaded" and make a new CP
- When entering the new CP, players get a random money amount (between 1-5000) and a message saying how much they earned

I think that covers it. This command also uses zcmd.inc for it's commands. Also; I would love feedback on this code, any suggestions and tips are welcome! (:

I'll upload a fixed version later. Noticed it was bugged a few ago but never got around to fixing it. It'll be done by 11 PM tonight.
