Hello, i dont know wich forum system is better for samp server forum.I prefer to be easy to install mods like shoutbox and to have forms.Please tell me your opinion.

You can use Woltlab Burning Board (it's easy to use), but a license cost around 80€.

If you have not enough money (or no money) you can use -Jason's one.

There is no best, they all do the same thing however it is down to your choice which you could use, here are a few options:

Free Software:
MyBB
SMF

Paid:
VBulletin
IPBoard

They are the ones I would be most likely to go for, others are probably as good however I have just never used them.

Isn't Burning Board a copy of XenForo? Yeah, that's what I thought.

Protip: No it's not. Woltlab was out waaay befor XenForo... Woltlab Burning Board 1.0 was released in 2001 whereas XenForo was released in 2011.
