Well as the title said, i can't minimize GTA SA without it crashing, i have only CLEO 4 , ELM, and detailed radar installed, It would be extremely helpful if anyone can tell me what this crash address is for,

ALT+TAB won't work now either.. and im getting the same messages again

If you have cleos, hacks or any mode, delete it and try again.

Reinstall GTA without any mods, that always does the trick.
