i have been looking for a textdraw thats like the one in Mini-missions and in GTA SA single player missions

How about making a screenshot? I think most scripters here have no idea of what kind of textdraw you're talking since we don't all play on that server.

that is custom made, you can make it yourself too.

use a textdraw editor made by zamaroht, check filterscript showroom.
