I've looked in further in this, seems like you didn't delete the game completely. Delete the game completely from your computer, use the revo uninstaller if you aren't sure how to do that. Install it again and it should be fine.

I've downloaded the .iso installer.. Uninstalled game via installer and again installed it .. It was wrong version of gta_sa.exe or corupted .. Ty Forrest~ REP+ .. Fixed
