Some cheater kill a peoples with cheats.. A mass kill all peoples, how to protect from this?

Ban the player if you see him doing it again, Nothing you can really do about it. you can prevent money cheats and ammo and health cheats but you cant block cheating programs, sorry

If a banned user evades the ban, You should range ban him/her, then.

Also, get a anti-cheat, it's gonna help a lot.
