Аctually the server is working and from my side is offline,i try to restart my router and reinstall gta san andreas,but it doesn't affect anything so you guys if you want to help me give me some suggestion to fix this.

Server is installed on the hosting?
if you run on your computer?

So youre blocked by the servers firewall, or your firewall/router blocks this specific IP.
Some servers completely ban your ip if youre annoying.
