I'm getting spammed from these messages.... how to protect my server?

Looks like a DOS attack to me. Some guy/girl in Thessaloniki, Greece is doing it.

To be honest, i had same thing weeks ago. Well i found out in other hosting companies i don't get this warning but in free hosting companies i got Incoming Connection Warning.
