If I got 2 server, I can make two posts in forums server adverisements in the same time?

Well it means that you have to make only 1 topic for 1 server advertise every 30 days.! Well you can make a server advertise in same topic.

Yes, if you have 2 servers you can advertise both of them in two separate topics.

No, they state that each server may only be advertised once. Not that a user may only advertise one server.
