Troubleshooting Guide:
Reinstall SA-MP.
Reinstall GTA-SA.
Reinstall GTASA and SA-MP to a different directory.
Run SA-MP as an Admin.
Run SA-MP in compatibility mode.
If all doesn't work, I don't know..

Try pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc to then bring up processes, see if there is GTA_SA or SA-MP open in the background without you knowing.. If there is, end the process.

Not sure what else to try except removing the gta_sa.set or something from your documents.. D:, or just try rebooting.. Could just be a fluke..

In your Documents, look for GTA San Andreas User Files, open that and delete gta_sa.set, also you could try then going into the SAMP folder in the Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP then delete the USERDATA.DAT

If I may intrude, StuartD. Have you tried checking your fire-wall for the preferences between connection wise? Including port-forwarded for it?

I've just discovered that GTA San Andreas itself won't start, not just SA-MP. I've never had this problem before ever :/

What I did was reinstalled my game to a different location, it seem'd to be one of my mods.

Still not working. gta_sa.exe just won't start at all. I have tried installing on another laptop and it works fine. But on this laptop (my laptop) nothing happens.
