Maybe a solution could be to limit the number of players that can connect to your server from the same IP, and if that number is exceeded, kick the attempting players.
A piece of code that quickly came up to my head (so it might not be optimized):

Grab an anti bot system from the filterscript section. It prevents bots logging on your server.
