Why am I being denied access? I tried even download a newer version or whatever an same problem!! What the hell! Is this because of my host?

I don't know much about Vortex Servers but are they running Windows or Linux servers?

If they're running Windows you do not want to be uploading .so files; you'd need .dll.

If you're on a linux platform and cannot upload streamer.so I would send a support ticket explaining what your problem is and telling them where they can find the streamer file and where to put it.

Vortex is running their VPS on Unix, so you will need .dll files

Actually it is because if you can clearly read it says " Scripting and Plugins " and this is a Plugin related topic.
