This is a epic Stunt game mode it is complete with features lots of them.
This is a very nice Stunt Game mode took me long time to finish.
Do not publish This gamemode somewhere else claiming it as your own.

Features:
Best VIP System By Xtreame set VIP by /setvip.
A Admin system by Gidan to set admin /setadmin.
Car tuning system /tunehelp.
car_ownership type /buycar.
Samp in game object editor CMDS added down on Links.
Properties property system cmds: /buyprop and /prophelp.
Vehicle spawner /cars.
Teleports /teleport to create teleport stay on a place type /createtp <name>.
Dm System in progress not done.

I haven't tried your Gamemode out yet, but I have a question. Did you edit out the VIP system from the admin filterscript? Because it seems to me that it is using two separate VIP systems.

Yes its using two vip systems but i put it so only 1 work and thats the good vip system.
