Hard to play SAMP, no matter what resolution I pick, it doesn't change, a good 8th of the screen at the bottom is cut off, like half the minimap at the bottom is gone, please help me, how do I force it to take what resolution I pick?

You have to restart the game for the resoloution changes to take effect

When your in-game(SA:MP, or SP) choose the resoloution you want then press ENTER, if the resoloution does not change.. restart your game.
