Lots of SA:MP players are Arabian and you have lots of languages there so adding Arabic to languages section would be great.

"Lots of samp players Arabian" doesn't really matter. There are also a decent amount of Finnish people playing SA:MP and the forums used to have a section for Finnish people, but it was removed due to lack of usage. Currently there are 23903 players online but only 10,182 active members on the forums (says so on the footer) so less than half of SA:MP players currently online have an account on the forums.

I'm not saying that the addition of the Arabian section can't happen, i'm just saying that it most likely won't.
(I haven't really seen any arabian people on these forums)

if you're talking about adding Arabic in-game it is impossible.
SA-MP uses GTA SA main core, means to say it uses the main files, gxt etc.
the gxt or gtx idk, only supports english, france, (etc) in my point of view, it doesn't support Arabic language.
