First Person Mod (Not had a problem with it - had it installed ages)
ELM (Same as above)
Cruise control (Same as above)

2. Did you re-install GTA San Andreas or SA-MP?

2) No, I'm downloading a blank gta3.img if that fails to work, I'll have to "buy" a new copy of GTASA as I don't have my disc anymore. I will also attempt reinstalling SAMP>

1) Maybe your mods affects the game and won't startup.You just wrote the informations about mod.!

So,I managed to get IG - but the game keeps crashing out on me for some bazar reason?

remove mods.. reistall gta try on clean version

then if you feeling risky u can try installing mods again
