the server have the /radio cmd but when I select the station its says radio on but thers no link over it :S i tryed to reinstal samp nothing :/ on other servers it didnt work too

Mate add URL's on samp {San Andreas } folder!!
Or
If you using FS so add URL in that folder which your FS produce in scriptfiles folder

Press escape go to option then audio settings, turn up the radio to the max.
