When I put in a server IP it comes up as its retrieving info even though the server is up and other servers are working?

It's dependent on if the server is up or not, and if you're putting in the IP correctly, may I ask what IP you're trying to put in?

I put in the IP 91.121.97.26:7839 and I know it is up because the owner told me it was and I got that IP from the forums so it is correct

The IP works for me, if it still isn't working I'd advise trying to re-install SAMP

You may be banned from the server, their forum is the best place to resolve this issue.

I am not banned and the people on the forums don't know what is wrong

Yes and they tried to help me but could not

We have run a few checks within the server such as firewall and RCON etc.. And it is nothing on our side that we can see.
