one of the dll files from your system32 folder are missing.
either you deleted it, or some virus did so.
if it is part of any application, it gets uninstalled when u uninstall the application.
it is best to reinstall the application or get the dll file from the source which is appropriate, as downloading ddl files from the internet are less likely to damage your computer with a virus, but more likely to damage your experience by doing a different function.
this is simply because, abcxyz.dll has many variations and versions.
u might be using it for SAMP, but the person who uploaded it might be using it for Soldiers of Boredom.
so when u replace ur SAMP based dll with SoB dll, it does what should be done in SoB, instead of SAMP, resulting in a crash.
so the choice is urs, im just giving you a detailed example.
