Hey! can any help me, i dont understand how i can be a lead admin on my own server! i have a admin script but i dont know how to be a lead admin

Depending on what admin script your using you can set your level. It's usually /setadmin or /makeadmin.

it says that you must be lead admin to use /makeadmin so it must be another way

Register an account, go to your server Folder and click scriptfiles, then click on Users, find your username and open it..and you should find "AdminLevel:" inside the word, edit the 0 to 1337 or any other lvl depending on your admin script.

On /makeadmin use IsPlayerAdmin

Or make you're account, then edit the file, and give you're account the max admin level. :P
