Few minutes ago I replied to 3 threads in Scripting Help and I realised that when the waiting message shown up, the reply does post. I did wait the 240 seconds, I refreshed if anyone else replied and I saw my post in there. The time matches too.

Is it bug or what?

There is 5 minutes between your first two posts there, and 4 between the second and third. So not sure what you mean really.
