Hi, I was wondering how I change my server IP to something like samp.______.com
or something of that sort,

First of all buy a domain then go to the DNS settings of the domain and add your server ip as an A record.

Like aymel said first you need to have a completely registered domain ( can be .tk) but with full registration ...
Therr ypu go in DNS settings and then put your server ip in there.
