help me please i get that erorr when i start my server liunex

[14:45:35] Loading plugin: mysql.so
[14:45:35] Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.15: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

i tired another mysql.so got this

[14:45:35] Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)


please help me
