In San Fierro there is the tram. I've a question: is there any rail object id in order to map some tram at los santos ?

Second question is: how to start the tram ?

It is not possible in SAMP. You can place tracks, but you cannot add a tram on a custom track.

You can use an NPC bot to drive the tram.
