Since the norwegian forum has closed I and other norwegians have stopped coming here as frequently since we hang the most around the norwegian forum.
It would be nice to have for people with poor english skills and because we like to speak our own language.
Please consider taking the forum back

Best actual example for this is probably the dutch chat thread, which combines almost all rule violations in the biggest thread of this forum. Oh wait, these are globally accepted rule violations somehow. Other guys already got banned for smaller things.

However, most language forums really were useless because there were just 10 active people around there. If you really want one, create your own language forum and ask nicely if you can advertise for it here.

Stop making up bullshit. Apart from a few messages that could be deemed unnecessary, the thread is just a combination multiple smaller threads.

I really dont care, but that chat thread indeed is the biggest collection of spam ive ever seen. I cant read through 1700 pages to see what else is going on there, but it definitely is SPAM and following the rules it shouldnt be here. Even without translating I can jump to ANY page and find some 100% useless posts, often by (in general serious) guys who frequently cry for bans if someone posts outside of their spam topic what they post in there. "Combining different threads" also doesnt excuse that thread, as this thread isnt following any topic, and threads following no continuous topic are indeed known as SPAM.
Im not requesting to delete that thread, Im just saying that "bad moderated forums, rule breaking contents, and moderators making their own rules" cant be a reason for deleting a language subforum, as the dutch forum does all this for years without anyone caring.

Bullshit. How is it spam if the idea of the thread is to post anything that's on your mind? Spam would be to repeat or repost something a dozen of times to the point of annoyance or completely hijacking a thread like you pretty much did just now. (I'm aware that responding is kind of ironic). The moderator in the Dutch section does not make up his own rules, we have no rule breaking content and it's definitely not badly moderated, offensive posts get deleted rather quickly. The whole thread is basically the Everything and Nothing section combined in to one, it works for us so what is the problem?

I remember the old rules version gave "no word games, no slow chatting" as examples for spam. I really cant see how you guys say this topic isnt spam.
You say anything with an "idea" isnt spam. My idea is to post random generated QR-code images. So this wouldnt be spam?
Again, I dont care, but as you obviously got your own rules over there, subforums having their own rules cant be a reason to close them. This is the only thing Im talking about all the time.
