So I got new computer with Hd radeon 7950 and i5 in it. I turned off vsync in amd catalyst manager, but looks like I cant get more than 60 fps even with /fpslimit 90, my friend can get 100 with /fpslimit 90, he got nvidia gtx 630 with way worse cpu than me ( i dont remember the name ) So i think its a problem with AMD ? My other friend told me that amd forces vsync on some old games like gta, if so is there any way I can force it to turn off ? All answers are appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Turn frame limiter off in the Options. That should allow the game to use the maximum amount of FPS as it can.

Dude I know that I can get 100-102 fps with frame limiter off, I am just trying to figure out how to get more than 60 fps with /fpslimit, since my friend got 100 when he puts /fpslimit 90. and I got way better pc than him.

yea same here but just turn off applications in task manager and don't download anything while playing i have 2 applications in task manager and turned frame limiter off it work damn fast with me and mine is I3 not I5 like yours
