game mode version might be not 0.3x, maybe it's 0.3e or even older. Also try to use 0.3x server version.

Your server version is 0.3x and it usually displays "Unknown" when a plugin has failed to load and there's runtimer error 19.
According to your server state is offline, so I assume you're missing plugins.
Load nativechecker and check the server log to be sure.
