No. Thats how you get banned.

Some of these people are super entitled all of a sudden. If you don't meet the requirements to post an ad, that means you dont post an ad. It doesnt mean you get to post it elsewhere, and the SAMP team is not obligated to allow EVERYONE to be able to post an ad.
