Why are new players not forced into the tutorial? After registration they just spawn outside the DMV.

and try to log in!

Love this, Thew Bug's e.g Can't /Detain in LSPD, Car System is bugged abit, But i've removed your system and added my own. This is a great script for someone that know's what there doing. +Rep.
Just a suggestion Add a better Admin system like a Dialog and the LSPD Locker's Sucks abit, Offier's might not know the LSPD ID'S. Other than that Great.

When I log in with RCON pass it works, but when I try to make myself admin it says "You are not on duty admin" lol how in the hell I'll be on duty admin and I can't even promote myself?
