Hey , I've got Iphone 4 , there is already a lot of applications on it , but when I try to add other apps , they crash when opening them ... is there a way to fix this issue ?

Hmm, Did you clear all your apps/ restart springboard to free memory?

Delete one of the apps and re-install it with your itunes account.

Reset them all, seems like you messed up ios over its limits.

BTW: nice to steal tons of apps from developers that already need to pay just to develop.

Well , I heard there's a way to add apps by formatting the Iphone or Flashing it..

Flashing it its a jailbreak as i did it with mine before i had free apps an stuff like that and unlocked.
for as i know you cant jailbreak if its on 6.1.3 OS only lower

ONTOPIC best way to get your apps working is just reinstall them or restart the phone itself.
