Has anyone else got this game yet? Maybe Double Agent would be the favourite for a true old school splinter cell fan, but blacklist is up at the top with the best splinter cell games. For those of you that haven't played it yet, it is epic. One of the best games of this year for sure, I love it. It's stealthy and action packed at the same time, it's dramatic, overall just a very well made game. Better than most of the stuff that comes out these days.

Just by that image, I can see the graphics are sick and that I know I would enjoy it. Looks sweet man. Any more pictures?

I do.
Splinter Cell is a stealth game very interesting, it looks a lot like Metal Gear Solid found on the console, in terms of the latest PC games, it is much like Hitman 2 is a great game

This game combines tactical discrete infiltration and varied gadgets. Possible movement are also very diverse, you can use the environment to climb a variety of ways to jump higher, to cross dangerous place.

I'm dissapointed that they changed voice actors. Also Sam Fisher is too old realistically. (he is supposed to be 56).
I have spent a few hours on the multiplayer and it can be very annoying with the poor balance and netcode. This game is definitely good though, I very much enjoyed the story and I definitely liked it over Conviction which was a huge dissapointment. (just a run and gun, no stealth involved and crap story).
By the way please do not compare any Splinter Cell to Double Agent to determine the "'real" thing. Play Chaos Theory that's probably the best in the series.

Yeah I found it pretty amusing that they make him even younger in each game, in this one he sounds like he's in his late twenties.
Multiplayer I haven't looked at yet, and I probably won't play it much. I bought this game purely for the singleplayer, and it is really living up to it's expectations. I know what you mean, conviction was actually a bit disappointing at how it was barely about stealth but I still did enjoy it.
I played Chaos Theory, it was alright but I didn't like how it had a serious lack of cutscenes, it didn't feel like they put much effort into it. Was still a fun game though. Double agent was solid though. It was slightly more cinematic than a traditional splinter cell game, but the same gameplay and it was a very good game.

I completed the game after extended playtime. Wow what an epic game this has been, obviously the roots have changed since the original splinter cell games but this was epic. I seriously recommend everyone to get this, it is probably the best game I have played all year. I'm going to play it over many times, damn though it's probably gonna be another 3 years before the next one

I haven't tried the co-op yet but I will be sure to soon. You completed the storyline?
