i finally created paypal but it isnt approved and it will be done till next months.
I want to start my server on hosted tab and i saw colorhost for 100 slots.
will they take money from unverified paypal but i am no scammer.Try to understand the difficulties i have been though buying my domain for server.

No host will take unverified paypal. I am positivly even sure that it's impossible to pay with inverified paypal.
You'll need to charge your paypal with a creditcard and then it becomes automaticly verifed. Only then you can pay hosts(firstly) and they can supply you with a server and probably a server control panel.
Saying, "I am no scammer" over the internet won't get you far.

Maybe the rules are different in "suspicious" countries (high fraud rate, etc), but I didn't need a credit card to become verified and I could also pay while unverified. You could possibly also mail or fax PayPal a copy of your ID or driver's license along with a bank statement. Though if you're underage, don't try; they'll just block you.

You can pay with unverified paypal accounts. But its much better to verify your account with paypal, so you do not get your account in trouble.
