Player not taking Damage?

Hi, I'm starting a Island Roleplay Server. The maps was done by my cousin, the thing is that. Whenever I hit a player with a "Fist", the player will never get damage. Except for Gun (Colt, Shotgun, AK... Etc). I never knew of this bug before

Any solutions to solve this?

If the map is far away from San Andreas mainland then you won't be able to use fists or any kind of melee weapons.

Make the island closer it's because you are out of the limits of San Andreas itself.

what aboout OnplayerGiveDamage or Takedamage can u try and make fist take away like 1 hp

You really either don't know what you are talking about or didn't read the main poster of this topic at all.

OnPlayerGiveDamage would infact help but not really a 'safe' use as many hackers can really screw up with the packet loss etc. But using a melee when you are really far away you can't do any hit 'animations' you either got to self-script that with the animations find the right ones but it's not a solution at all at this point in my opinion I'd just stick with non-melee weapons if outside the limits of San Andreas itself.

So... the solution is to make the Island Closer? Is there any other way of doing it?

Did you script the gamemode yourself or you just took it from somewhere? if you took it from somewhere I suggest you to search for OnPlayerGiveDamage and TakeDamage to see if the fist gives 0 damage or not or just follow what Kitten said.
