Which samp server was it where you go into a marker and do a application ingame for a driving license and then a PLAYER in a faction had to do the test WITH you and pass you or not?
I cannot remember.

I guess many roleplay/reallife servers got this feature but can't tell you the server you searching for since I'm a Dm'er :P

There are tons of role-play servers with the same feature. Try explaining some more about other features the server had. Perhaps we can help you then.

I think i once played here, but I've heard the server was shut down recently, couldn't remember the name though.
