CNR world boundaries

Hey guys. I am scripting a CNR, and I am facing a dilemma. Since it's new - I think it would be better to concentrate all the stuff in just ONE city! (10 in a city makes better sense than 30 in the whole wid GTA:SA!) What city, is irrelevant. What I need to ask is whether I should use:
  • SetPlayerWorldBounds to disallow players leaving that city
  • Or Just spawning the player in the city, and allowing him to do his stuff there, but he's free to leave the city
What would you prefer? 'cause if I allow players to roam, with a few players, a robber could easily leave the city and go and hide somewhere in the desert, where no one would be interested to chase him!

I would hate to be running from the five-O and then be bounced back into the city because of the "world boundaries." Let them roam the map, but make sure you try to keep the main stuff in a single city.

That is true, it's frustrating But wouldn't it kill the point - say a robber robs stuff in the main city with a few cops online and go 'n hide in the mountains a thousand kilometers away, where hardly any cop would even think of going (lazy)

Well... maybe make it so if they go and spend the time to drive all the way over to the other city that they get a bonus or something for the arrest.

That's what I was thinking of - make a counter of the distance they travel and multiply it by a constant to give the money. Hopefully, it'll entice the cops. Thank you for the opinion!

Make it so that when they leave the city it'll have a countdown and say "Return to the city in 30 seconds" and else they will die?

Don't make them die, rather make them banned instead xD
