hey guys , i'm wondering if its possible to get some wage when the player plays on casino ?
for example the player wins 100k and the casino gets 1k as wage .

It's all about the script.
It is possible, you just need to make it a script to act like that.

CasinoWinMoney = (PlayerWinMoney / 10);
PlayerWinMoney -= CasinoWinMoney;

And then you just add it towards the business/player.
