Don't reinstall your GTA San Andreas, I've a solution. Just remove your mods, every mods. To remove them, ;
Search on ****** 'Orginal gta3.img download', download it. and replace it with the older one GTA3.img

Hmmm I think you should remove Mods

GTA3.img is located in your models file inside your GTA San Andreas directory, replace it there.

No, that will not work as gta3.img still doesn't replace fully, if its a mapping issue then download the whole model folder that goes in GTA San Andreas or just download it.

Just download new Gta3 image file from internet and replace it.
