How am I able to get the coordinates needed to make Textdraw boxes on the screen. I am making a login screen such as NGG but don't know what coordinate would be. I do know how to make them, I am looking for a way to find the coordinates

Did you even click any of the links? I just looked at the search results and if you simply just click one of the links you'll be directed to a release topic. Here's a hint: it's an edit of one of the BETA tester's editors.
