Hi everyone.

It's been about two months since i changed my living place. Had to leave my stationary computer back home. I have been trying to set everything up so i could continue creating my gamemode. Unfortunately it is not going so well. The main problem is that I can not connect to my server. On sa-mp client it shows that it's retrieving info and so on... But the server launches perfectly. The problem may be in the port forwarding. I have done it once on a router on my computer, and I have done it sucessfully. But on the current router it's a bit harder. I have installed the latest client from the downloands and updated the server files. Everything is on 0.3x version.

Maybe because it's in the wrong section?

Edit:
With server IP Adress btw is your local network IP adress meant and not your public IP.

Just open cmd.exe and type "ipconfig /all" look it up there. might be something like 192.168.0.45 or stuff like that.
Also make sure to make thatone static as your PC tends to change it's local IP from time to time usually to if you don't.

Well i didn't think that it belonged to the Scripting Help section, because it's just technical problems. I will try to change the server IP. Have been messing around with the port fowarding a lot, but no luck. If i have any luck, I will write here.


Konstantinos, it's good only if you want to go into your server alone, but I have to test the scripts with more than one person, and I have to make sure that everything works correctly. So localhost is not an option for me. I need at least one more person to connect to my server.

You need to join from localhost if the server is port-forwarded to your computer. The rest of the players need to join to YOUR_REAL_IP:2643

My IPv4 Address starts with 10.x.x.x, so that means that I can not publicly host a server, yes ?
