More information would be nice, what were you doing at the time of the crash? Does it happen on all servers?

I haven't done anything, it crashes as soon as I try to join ANY server

Could it have something to do with the one car mod I have installed?

EDIT: Uninstalled the mod and problem still occurs.

Try deleting Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set. Failing that, set compatibility to Windows XP.

Might be time for a reinstall, did you have any problems before installing the mod?

Remove the mod, then try, if it still crashes reinstall.
