So, I can connect fine the first time, but if the server restarts and reconnects, my client completely freezes.
Any ideas?

Sorry for long reply, but does this happen on one server, if this an issue then it may be the server problem.

Hard to tell, as it's NGRP, and almost all of the Roleplay servers are using it.
I'm starting to think it has to do with the login dialogues and my GPU.
