So on my server I want to have a box on the right side of the screen that displays the top 5 players that have the most kills, and the box will display the player's name and the amount of kills they have. Is this possible?

YES, It's possible, it's a long thing to do now. I won't be able to do it all
first, you download and install any text editor.
second, you make the textdraw with a header and 5 lines under it.
third, copy the textdraw's codes and post them here and I'll do it for you
