The speech bubble is a bit pixelated around the edges.. other than that, it's awesome!

I think the design should be symmetrical. Asymmetrical looks so messy.

You coul try adding a bit of transparency to this icons for *******, *******, Skype, etc.
Otherwise I think it's pretty good

It's great, but for the notification that shows the number of messages (which is unread) is a bit pixelated around the edges of the red circle.
