remove and again install gta sa and gta sa user files also

This happened to me also and what I did was just uninstalled the GTA and then Installed it again it will work try it.

first test it with a reinstall from samp, maybe this wanna help, when not, remove the mods, and when this not help, reinstall GTA:SA

[Team_PRO]

1.Remove Gta
2.Remove Mods
3.Re-Install Gta
4.Don't put Any Mods (e.g.Loading Screen,Car etc.)
5.Install SAMP(Backup The IP of your Favorite Servers)

delete all the folder of GTA:SA and SA:MP D:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas.
Reinstall SAMP
